For All Your INDUSTRIAL RUBBER Needs

EPDM sheet rubber compounds are used in a variety of industrial and automotive applications. EPDM Sheet can be made from 40 to 90 durometer shore A.

General purpose EPDM sheet sulfur cured compounds have an operating temperature range of -40 to 220°F. High grade peroxide cured EPDM sheet compounds have an operating temperature range of -50 to 290°F depending on conditions.

EPDM sheet compounds have excellent weather, sunlight and water resistance. EPDM sheet compounds also have excellent ozone resistance.

EPDM sheet compounds can be compounded in any color, including white. Colored products made from EPDM sheet are highly resistant to discoloration and fading when exposed to the outdoors.

We do not recommend EPDM sheet especially in black to be used as an electrical insulator. EPDM when mixed with carbon black may be conductive. Most EPDM sheet compounds that are black are mixed with carbon black.

High grade EPDM sheet compounds resist attack by many acids and alkalies, detergents, phosphate esters, ketones, alcohols and glycols. High grade EPDM sheet preforms outstanding with hot water and high pressure. EPDM sheet should not be used in contact with hydro carbon solvents and oils, chlorinated hydrocarbons or turpentine.

EPDM sheet possess good tear resistance, even at elevated temperatures and proven very durable when exposed to mechanical abuse.

Most EPDM sheet is made with a talc powder release, we can provide EPDM sheet talc free or EPDM sheet with fabric finish.
